1. Adjusting the Compulsory Product Certification Catalogue
Since the date of this announcement,
18 products (see Annex 1) will no longer be subject to mandatory product certification management . The relevant designated certification body shall

products in the 17 compulsory product certification catalogues (see appendix 2, note "new" products) are adjusted from the third-party certification method to the self-
declaration evaluation method .
3. Adjust the implementation requirements of
compulsory product certification for products that apply the self-declaration evaluation method of compulsory product certification, only the self-declaration evaluation method can be adopted, and the compulsory product certification certificate will no longer be issued .
Enterprises should complete self-assessment in accordance with the requirements of the "Compulsory Product Certification Self-Declaration Implementation Rules",
submit product compliance information in the "Self-Declaration Compliance Information Submission System" (http://sdoc.cnca.cn), and provide feedback on products After the compulsory product certification mark is added, it can be used in the factory, sale,
import or other business activities. After the product conformity information is successfully submitted, the system generates a "Compulsory Certification Product Conformity Self-Declaration"
(see Annex 3 for the model) as obtaining a compulsory product certification certificate, and the subsequent supervision and management requirements are the same.
Regarding the "Announcement of the CNCA on the Reform and Adjustment of the Compulsory Product Certification Catalog and Implementation Methods" (Announcement No. 11 of 2018), the
CNCA on the Further Implementation of the Compulsory Product Certification Catalog and the Reform of Implementation Methods "Announcement" (Announcement No. 29 of 2018)
and the products published in this announcement that are applicable to the self-declaration evaluation method (see Appendix 2 for the summary product list). Before December 31, 2019,
companies can voluntarily choose the third-party certification method or self-declaration Evaluation methods, encourage companies to adopt self-declaration evaluation methods; starting from January 1, 2020,
Only the self-declaration evaluation method can be used, and the compulsory product certification certificate will no longer be issued; before October 31, 2020,
companies that still hold the compulsory product certification certificate should complete the conversion according to the implementation requirements of the above-mentioned self-declaration evaluation method and handle the corresponding procedures in time Compulsory product certification certificate cancellation procedures;
On November 1, 2020, the designated certification body should cancel all compulsory product certification certificates for products that apply the self-declaration evaluation method, and can be converted to

4. Adjusting the implementation requirements for compulsory certification of telecommunications terminal equipment
Since the date of this announcement, YD/T993 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Lightning Protection of Telecommunications Terminal Equipment" will no longer be used as the basis for compulsory product certification.
